The Body Elite is YOUR personalized workout in a completely private studio setting.

Personal Training - Individual, buddies, couples, small groups.
Pre and Postnatal Personal Training - We specialize in helping you stay health and strong during pregnancy, and getting you back in shape safely and effectively after delivery.
Boot Camp - Strength & endurance training with free weights, tubing, and bodyweight; contact martial arts/self defense; speed, agility, balance, and core training.
Nutrition Services - Custom, individualized meal planning with our Registered Dietitian.  Metabolic testing with our Registered Nurse.
Massage - Work out in our studio, then have a relaxing, healing or sports massage.

All services are provided in our private studio, not a crowded gym with people watching or other distractions.

We tailor every program to YOUR individual needs, goals, fitness level, schedule and lifestyle.  Every client we work with receives individualized, customized exercise and nutrition, motivation, and a true supportive partner on your path to total wellness.  We know from experience that our clients deal with many issues that can be obstacles to health and well-being.  For this reason, we have a comprehensive team of professionals in place to help every client make successful and permanent lifestyle changes.  Our wellness team includes our nationally certified and degreed personal trainers, our Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, and Massage Therapist.  We understand every client is a whole person, and our entire team is available to help you change your behaviors and your life.

Our trainers schedule all consultations and sessions by appointment only. Your appointment is your time and no one else's!
