How are we different from...


Traditional gym and health club environments?

  •  When you meet with us, y ou will be in our private studio with 100% focus on you and your needs.  We do not require lengthy memberships or contracts.  Our results speak for themselves and our clients stay loyal of their own accord
  • We base your exercise program on your individual needs and current fitness level, and you get one on one attention every step of the way.  Your program is based on assessments done on your individual body type and movement patterns.  We do not use a bodybuilder's machine-based model of fitness, as most gyms do.
  • We know how to provide core training the right way, making your entire body strong and fit, reaching your weight and body fat goals, and alleviating back pain. 
  •  Our programs are comprehensive and wellness-based, designed to address you as a whole person.  We address and improve your body composition, energy levels, any improper exercise or movement patterns, joint and muscular problems, nutrition habits, and stress.
  • The exercise programs and methods we use are corrective and effective.  If you truly want to look and feel better, you must address your individual and unique situation and the years of habits that have gotten your body and mind to the place they are at now.  Gyms do a poor job of this for most people, but we are experts at it!

  • Our trainers are college degreed and highly educated.  Our trainers have sought out and obtained the best education and experiences to help us achieve our foremost goal…effectively helping you be healthy inside and out. 
  • Out of the 250 personal training certifications in the United States, our trainers have the three most prestigious and rigorous certifications:  NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and The Chek Institute.
  • We have trained hundreds of people, have years of practical experience, and we understand the expertise and practical experience required to effectively help our clients exercise correctly, incorporate good nutrition habits, and change deeply ingrained behavior patterns in their lives. 
  • Everything we do with clients is based in solid scientific research and hands on practical application.  We continue to study and educate ourselves in our field so that we can evolve as science evolves. 
  •  We are passionate and we care.  We spend several hours a week with our clients, and countless hours outside of training sessions learning and providing useful tools and information to those we serve.  Our caring and experience shows in our personalities and in our interaction with every client.
  • We choose to serve as models for healthy living.  We consistently do the things we ask you to do!  We are real people just like you with families, careers, and full lives, and we don’t just tell you what you should do; we walk the walk.  We won’t ask you to do or spend your money on anything we don’t fully believe in and practice in our own lives.
