The 12 Week Wellness Program is a complete wellness program offered by The Body Elite.
This is a structured exercise and nutrition program with
daily guidance from our wellness professionals.
WHAT IS IT?
This program is a complete wellness approach to lifestyle and behavior change. There is no other program like ours. This program provides a structured exercise and nutrition plan with daily support and accountability at a very affordable cost. Most importantly, because our wellness professionals become a part of your DAILY LIFE for 12 weeks, you get results far above and beyond what you would get from going it alone. Our team works together to provide you this complete life-changing program, which includes:
- Two complete fitness assessments measuring your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness level (introductory assessment in week 1 and final assessment in week 12); you will also keep an introductory food journal for 3 days which will be a starting point for your personalized meal plan.
- 3 Boot Camps per week for 12 weeks.
- Initial consultation (90 minutes) with our dietitian to formulate and implement your individualized nutrition program.
- A personalized meal plan based on your specific caloric and nutrition needs as measured by our dietitian.
- 2 educational, guided grocery store trips accompanied by our dietitian.
- 5 follow up consultations (45 minutes each) with the Dietitian to modify your nutrition plan as needed.
- Weekly assessment of weight, inches, and body fat percentage for 12 weeks.
WHEN IS IT?
Because our 12 Week Wellness Program is individualized, you may start the program at any time. Because of our boot camp schedule, you must start at the beginning of a month.
HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
If you were to do personal training sessions 3 times a week for 12 weeks, you would spend over $2,800. With this program, you not only work out with your trainer 3 times per week, you also get a structured nutritional program with our dietitian's guidance every step of the way, plus weekly assessment of fitness and body composition progress. There is no other program like our 12 Week Wellness Program at the cost we provide.
