Our personal training is truly personal. You get one-on-one, couple, buddy, or small group sessions in our private studio setting, completely focused on your body, your goals, and your fitness level. Our setting is completely different from a traditional gym. You will get the best workouts you've ever had without the crowded, noisy gym environment.
Our trainers are nationally certified and have college degrees. This is yet another way in which we are very different than the typical gym or health club. Because of our extensive education, certifications, and experience, we are in a position to effectively and safely work with all types of clients, including those with joint or muscle problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and specialized populations such as athletes. If you need training in a specialty that we don't provide, we will find you someone that does!

Group Personal Training
We now also offer Personal Training for groups of 3 or 4 people. We match you up based on fitness level, goals, and schedule for partnerships that are effective yet affordable!
Pre & Postnatal Personal Training
Prenatal Personal Training is for the pregnant woman that wants to stay fit and active in a safe, healthy way. We combine resistance, cardiovascular, and stretching exercises designed to strengthen and prepare your body for childbirth as well as provide you with a healthy foundation to build on once the baby is born. Current research shows that women who participate in regular exercise during pregnancy lose their “baby” weight faster and often have easier deliveries as well. Prenatal Personal Training can help you stay active during your pregnancy while utilizing safe and fun methods! It requires communication with your doctor and clearance to participate in an exercise program. Only women experiencing a healthy pregnancy should exercise during pregnancy.
Our Postnatal Personal Training has three primary focuses: 1) retraining and strengthening the muscles of the core and pelvic floor which are weakened during pregnancy, 2) restoring muscle balance and posture, and 3) effectively losing body fat gained during pregnancy. Women have specific and unique issues and training needs after pregnancy, and we have expert experience in meeting those needs!
